Gordon Reykdal

Executive Chairman

Mr. Reykdal has been a successful entrepreneur in the consumer financial services sector for over 38 years. He is the Director and President of EAM Enterprises Inc., Co-Founder of Everyday People Financial Corp. and has been an Owner and Co-Founder of various other financial enterprises since the mid 1980s, including RTO Enterprises Inc. (now goeasy Ltd.) in 1990. His expertise and diligent work ethic has earned him such accolades as the EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 1996 and 2011, the Financial Post Top 40 Under 40 in 1996, and landed him on Alberta Venture’s list as one of Alberta’s most influential people in 1998. Mr. Reykdal also serves as the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Iceland at Edmonton.

Barret Reykdal

Co-CEO Financial Services and EP Homes

Barret Reykdal is the Co-CEO Financial Services and EP Homes of Everyday People Financial Corp. (“EP”) and Co-Founder of EP. He has over 20 years of experience as an operator in the financial services sector, specializing in growing start-ups and scale-ups in Canada and the United Kingdom. Prior to co-founding EP, Mr. Reykdal was a Senior Executive Vice President of The Cash Store Financial Services Inc.

Graham Rankin

Co-CEO RCM

Graham Rankin is the Co-CEO RCM of Everyday People Financial Corp. (“EP”). He has 20 plus years of experience in debt collections, including the development and growth of BPO from its inception. He’s recognized as a well-known industry trailblazer who has worked for several major players internationally and is an approved Financial Conduct Authority.

Dil Boparai CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Boparai is the Chief Financial Officer of Everyday People Financial Corp. ("EP") and a key member of EP’s executive leadership team. With over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, he brings valuable expertise to EP. Joining EP's team in 2020, Mr. Boparai has held positions as Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance. Prior to his tenure at EP, he contributed his skills at MNP Ltd. (formerly The Bowra Group Inc.), a licensed insolvency trustee, focusing on corporate insolvency and business restructuring. Mr. Boparai's proficiency lies in revitalizing insolvent businesses and executing effective business restructuring strategies. He is also a registered Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada.

Renata Berlingo

Senior Vice President of Operations and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Berlingo has over 20 years of experience leading teams through strategic planning, project execution and operational development in the financial services, retail, and food service industries. She also has experience in developing client experience models, brand and marketing strategy, sales programs, corporate cultures, operational compliance and governance frameworks for both private and public companies. Her business acumen has been developed through years of mentorship from various well-regarded Alberta corporate and business leaders.

Peter Sorrentino

President, General Credit Services

Mr. Sorrentino has over 30 years of experience in debt collections and is the Founder of General Credit Services. He is well regarded as an innovator, industry disrupter and strong leader with experience in global operations.

Adelhardt Glombick

Senior Vice President, Finance

Mr. Glombick has 40 plus years of corporate finance experience as a Market Leader and Managing Director in the financial service industry for the Edmonton and Alberta North area.
